MEET STACEY

Stacey grew up in the Niagara Region and is strongly rooted in her passions.  She knew from an early age that supporting individuals throughout their journeys was her calling. After graduating from Brock University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Stacey began her career in social services. She has gained experience in a wide variety of sectors, including domestic violence, mental health, and addictions. With this experience, she went on to obtain her Registered Psychotherapist (RP) designation with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She is currently in the final practicum stage of completing her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology degree at Yorkville University.  

 

Stacey has a strong foundation in wellness, having gained certifications in both Yoga and Reiki. A core value in Stacey's practice is holistically supporting her clients by weaving mental and emotional support with physical wellness.  Stacey's down-to-earth and non-judgmental approach will gently accompany and guide you through your therapeutic journey while supporting your goals. Stacey uses cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), mindfulness, motivational interviewing, narrative therapy and trauma-informed approaches in her therapeutic work.  ​
