Hi, I’m Brittany Demircan, founder of Soho Psychotherapy & Coaching. I’m a neuroscientist, psychotherapist, and neurocoach passionate about helping people grow, thrive, and live with intention. I guide clients to develop self-mastery, deepen insight, and intentionally shape the life they want to lead.

My approach is built on five key pillars:

Effective Self-Awareness — Self-awareness is only as powerful as the action it inspires. It becomes meaningful when it moves you forward rather than keeping you stuck in old patterns. By observing your thoughts, behaviours, and tendencies with honesty and intention, you gain clarity that allows you to make conscious choices and translate insight into practical growth.

Emotional Integration — Emotions carry important information, yet they’re often suppressed in an effort to stay composed or in control. Emotional integration involves identifying what your feelings are signalling and recognizing the needs beneath them. When those needs are addressed with clarity and intention, life becomes more manageable and you develop a deeper sense of fulfillment in how you engage with the world around you.

Value Alignment — Real change begins when your choices reflect what truly matters to you. By exploring your values openly, including those hidden under shame, guilt, or external pressure, you reclaim your path and live in a way that feels meaningful, authentic, and aligned with your evolving purpose.

Inner Peace — Life is unpredictable, but calm and clarity can be cultivated from within. Developing the skills to regulate emotions, navigate stress, and restore balance creates a stable foundation from which you can respond intentionally, stay grounded through challenges, and engage with yourself and others more fully.

Connection & Engagement — Humans are wired for connection and understanding your patterns in relationships is key to thriving in all social contexts. By gaining insight into how you relate to others and the habits that shape your interactions, you can form more authentic, supportive bonds and open yourself to greater opportunities for social growth, collaboration, and fulfillment.

Whether you’re looking to overcome emotional challenges, improve performance, or find greater purpose, I provide a space that is both evidence-informed and compassionate, helping you connect who you are now with who you want to become.
