Together, we will gain immense insight into why you are the way you are. This can include why you shut down in relationships, the messages underlying your reactive anger or anxiety, or why you never feel genuinely loved. We will explore your deepest fears and emotions that shaped the way you moved through and experienced the world.
I am a relationship therapist who prioritizes the relationship you have primarily with yourself. Perhaps, you haven't considered the idea of a relationship with yourself, or it simply doesn't exist for you - that's okay. Together, we will get to know and gain compassion for each part of the mosaic that comprises you. I work with a lot of individual relationship issues, including perfectionism, codependency, and people-pleasing. I also specialize in couples therapy and can work on a wide range of issues with you and your partner(s), including loss of connection, infidelity and intimacy.
